HEISHA A100 air conditioning system for drone charging stations
HEISHA A100 air conditioning system is developed to intelligently control the temperature during the drone charging process and elevate the whole security level of HEISHA drone charging docks. It includes an air conditioner and air duct system, an intelligent temperature control board, a smart charging control board, and a fire extinguisher

The air conditioner and air duct system take the major air conditioning job, the intelligent temperature control board is to ensure the drone charging is taken by the most energy-saving solution. The smart charging control board has strong compatibility to charge from 2S to 4S drone batteries, overcharge and over-discharging protection are added in the component. To protect the drone charging station in every aspect, a fire extinguisher is added in case there is an emergency.

  • Standby mode
    All components of the air conditioner are powered off with the lowest power consumption except the control module.
  •  Ventilation mode
    Only the duct fan works, playing a wind-cooled role.
  •  Strong cold mode
    The compression mechanism is cold and air-conditioned, and the dub fan is operated to send air-conditioning to the battery position.
  • Thermostat mode
    According to the temperature from the sensor in the  canopy,   the cold air conditioning and heater work automatically, so that the temperature is constant in a certain range.
  •  Energy saving mode
    Similar to the thermostatic mode, but the temperature range is larger and more energy-saving than the thermostatic mode. The lowest temperature is lower 5 degrees than the. The maximum temperature is higher 5 degrees  than the thermostatic mode.

  • The canopy is closed
  1. The battery is not charged, the air conditioner will be the energy saving mode
  2. The drone is charging, the battery is not overheat, and the air conditioner will be the thermostatic mode
  3. The drone is charging, and the battery is overheat, the temperature of inside the canopy is higher than the minimum temperature, the air conditioning will be the strong cold mode
  4. the drone is charging, and the battery is overheat, the temperature of inside the canopy is lower than the minimum temperature, the air conditioning will be the  ventilation mode
