Robot docks HEISHA has launched in 2022

It’s the end of 2022, I listed the robot charging docks we have launched this year, nine products in total, including eight robot docks.

  1.  D50 drone dock (2022-05)

D50 is the most compact drone dock among worldwide drone docking stations, the smallest size comes with a comprehensive structure (such as the smart air conditioning system and multiple weather sensors) forms its core competence.

It is also the first drone charging dock that can work with DJI Mavic3/ Mini3 and other drones that don’t open their SDK. It is widely compatible with 2-cell, 3-cell, and 4-cell LiPo battery-powered drones. The remote maintenance of the D50 drone charging station is also the most convenient one due to the Q100 monitoring and controlling system.

 2. R80 robot charging station (2022-05)

R80 robot charging station is a capacity-extendable mansion for robots, up to 8 floors can be extended, which means seven different robots/ drones can be charged inside the station. It supports charging for 2s to 12s drone batteries.

Besides the powerful inverter compressed air conditioner for air exchange, heating, and cooling, the outside T3 weather station, and multiple built-in sensors are all working together for a safe and stable charging performance.

It can be customed as a single-floor robot dock R80s, and as a package-swapping solution for the logistic application. Working with solar panels is not a problem, too.

3. V200 VTOL drone charging dock (2022-06)

V200 is a mobile charging station for VTOL drones, its unique container-based structure makes it a mobile and cost-efficient charging solution for large VTOL drones.

The automatic landing and charging board of V200 reaches 200cm* 200cm, which is large enough for VTOL drones, it takes about 120 mins to charge a VTOL drone from zero to 100% fully.

Multiple charging protections including anti-voltage, anti-reverse, and voltage compatibility management are all adopted, along with the Q100 remote monitor and management system, to offer a convenient, safe, mobile, and affordable VTOL drone charging station.

4. L200 VTOL cargo drone dock (2022-07)

L200 is jointly developed by HEISHA and SF Express, which is an air delivery system with two VTOL drone charging and docking systems. The drone is provided by SF Express, it can carry up to 5kg packages and flies 160 mins (150km) to the destinated drone dock and leave the packages, then the drone can recharge itself automatically by the charging pad and get ready for the next delivery.

Same as V200, L200 adopts the mobile and affordable container as the docking station, and the built-in air conditioner assures both charging safety and provides a proper temperature for workers.

5. F200 fixed-wing drone dock (2022-08)

This F200 fixed-wing drone hangar is based on the container structure of V200, but in a different size, 40 feet, in order to fit in the drone charging pad, the launching track, and the robotic arms.

After a fixed-wing drone is automatically charged by the charging pad, a robotic arm will grab it and put it on the catapult, then the drone will be launched autonomously to take a long-distance flight mission. A catching tower stands above the container to get ready for receiving the drone, and a string on the catching mechanism will get the drone and release it to the lifted charging pad for docking and recharging.

6. DNEST3 security drone system (2022-09)

DNEST3 is the first security drone system for consumers. The whole system is based on the D50 drone dock, it allows anyone (without professional training) to fly a drone indoors like playing an immersive video game as the captured video can be displayed on a big screen.

All the received videos and images are saved locally, which is completely private.

Besides being compatible with 2s, 3s, and 4s drones, DNEST3 is the first drone solution that works with non-SDK drones, like the DJI Mavic3 and Mini3.

DNEST3 can be deployed on the vehicle to travel between different sites.

7. Autonomous charging kit (2022-11)

The autonomous charging kits are for popular drones like DJI Matrice300, Mavic, Mini, Skydio, etc.

Unlike other drone landing gear, besides the charging function, these autonomous charging kits we developed have wide compatibility for 2s to 12s drones, they can sync the real-time status of drones, multiple charging protections are added on the landing gear, and they are open with the 485 protocol.  

Besides all these features, the newly developed smart landing gear has integrated more ports to support multiple payloads and can be equipped with a powerful downward megaphone.

8. R80s single-floor robot dock (2022-11)

R80s is a customized single-floor rock charging dock, it is the smallest drone charging dock that can contain large drones like DJI Matrice300 and Yuneec drone thank to a unique design, a stretchable holding pole of drone charging boards, and the propeller withdrawal structure, they work together to minimize the whole charging station size and make it the most compact drone robot dock.

Besides the strong and wide compatibility of the 2s-12s drone. R80s is open to working with different drone flight-controlling OS, such as FreeSky and FlytNow.

9. DCap vehicle-mounted drone dock (2022-11)

DCap is not the first vehicle-mounted drone dock, but you probably cannot find a thinner one. Its height is 19cm, if you want to custom a 17cm height one, it is available, too.

It makes the remote control of a drone easy than ever by working with a PDA, we also added several charging protection for charging safety, such as overcharging, overheating, over-voltage, over-current, etc.

DCap is also compatible with 2-cell, 3-cell, and 4-cell LiPo drones, such as DJI Mini, Mavic, Air, Skydio, Autel, Fimi, and Parrot.

These are all the main products that we have launched in 2022, a small drone charging dock and system, large container-based drone charging stations for VTOL, fixed-wing, and cargo VTOL drones, and the thinnest vehicle-mounted drone dock.
